We encourage you to book weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings to maintain your clean environment. Discounts are provided at checkout.

How often should I have my home cleaned?

Zyn Cleaning of North Carolina offers regular housecleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.

In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, new construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers that just need a little extra help.

Our most popular visit is every two weeks, but we will schedule according to your needs.

Do I have to sign a contract?

We ask you to sign a contract in order to ensure that you are firmly aware of our policies and procedures. You may cancel the contract at anytime, as long as it at least 24 hours before your next clean.

Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?

You do not need to be home, although of course you're welcome to be.

Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, keypad and alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.

Will I always have the same house cleaner?

We want you to enjoy the kind of continuity in your service that allows you to never think twice about it. We make every effort to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit.

Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every staff is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques.

We begin our relationship with you by visiting your home and creating a customized work order for your needs, so that you can always count on receiving the same great, personalized service to which you're accustomed.

What if something is my home gets damaged?

In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. All Zyn Cleaning of North Carolina staff are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.

Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time. In order to do this, we request that you do a walkthrough with us before we leave and if you are not there, we send pictures to your phone. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free, or give you a credit on your next clean.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

Payment is due the day the service is performed. You may pay by Visa, or Mastercard on our Contact Us Page.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes we do! Zyn Cleaning of North Carolina makes a great gift, whether it's for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, a birthday or anniversary, or even to help a friend through a difficult time. Whatever the occasion, our gift certificates can be sent straight to the recipient or to you. Contact us for information.

What if I have a pet?

Pets are not a problem. We do request, however, that you identify this in your customizable section, as additional resources are necessary to ensure that your home is properly cleaned. We also would like to know their names. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, we will want this information to be included on your work order.

Should I tip my cleaner?

Tips for our cleaners are neither expected nor required. In fact, we tip our cleaners based on the feedback that we get from our customers. Therefore, we highly recommend that you respond to our feedback requests, letting us know your satisfaction with your most recent clean.

While tipping is discouraged, leaving them a simple note letting them know how well they did will mean a lot to them. Our cleaners want to know that their work met or exceeded your expectations. Please place it on the kitchen counter.

What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you approximately one month in advance to reschedule, if your cleaner is unavailable. Our office observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Do you offer discounts?

While we offer premium services, we also care about making them affordable for you at all times. For this reason, all first-time customers will receive 25% off of their first clean. Please enter code FIRSTTIMECLEAN during checkout.

While this code is only valid for first time users, those who book recurring cleans will also receive a frequency discount for each booking. Monthly cleanings are 10% off, biweekly cleans are 15% off, and weekly cleans are 20% off.

We also gladly accept Groupon Vouchers. However, those who book us through Groupon, must also remit a Groupon Booking fee of $20.

Can I hire one of your cleaning professionals directly?

Our staff are not available for direct hire. A great deal of time and resources is put into hiring our staff.

Each staff signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our customers for a period of 1 year from the date that staff last worked for Zyn Cleaning of North Carolina.
